3. Goods

We may provide physical study materials, workbooks, and branded merchandise to complement our training programs. All items are prepared with care and attention to detail.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. Refund provisions vary by offering:

• Services: You may request a refund or reschedule a booked session up to 5 days before the scheduled date. To proceed, please use our contact form. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• Information Products: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. After 7 days or upon access, all sales are final.
• Goods: Eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery if the item is in original, unused condition. Buyer covers shipping expenses. Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
• Non-Refundable Offerings: Custom coaching packages, due to their tailored nature and reserved scheduling, are non-refundable. We significant preparation time and resources to meet your unique needs.

If you wish to transfer a service booking to another date, please contact us at least 5 days in advance to organize an alternative schedule at no extra charge.
